The Thinker (French: Le Penseur) is a bronze sculpture by Auguste Rodin, usually placed on a stone pedestal. The work shows a nude male figure of over life-size sitting on a rock with his chin resting on one hand as though deep in thought and is often used as an image to represent philosophy.

Mar 30, 2009 · This statue is a pretty famous one. I do not know the accurate name of the statue and am very sure that it highly relates to philosophy. I don't the sculptor of it either, but I know it is of guy sitting down, with his head rested on his hand, apparently in deep thought or meditation.
